Head Chef — Lead a Fast-Paced Kitchen & Grow

Robinsons Brewery is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy, food-led kitchen in Congleton. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff, manage stock, margins and profitability, and uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards across the operation. This is a hands-on leadership role in a family-run business with 185-year heritage.
