Head of HR – Luxury Retail, London On-Site

Zachary Daniels in London is partnered with a luxury retail business to recruit a Head of HR. This on-site leadership role involves regular travel to all 10 shops and close partnership with the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team to shape people initiatives.

You will own recruitment, build a commercially focused people strategy, coach senior leaders, review HR policies, and oversee the full employee lifecycle to develop the function for the future.
