Kong Inc. is seeking an ADR Team Lead to support our NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, Nordics). This player-coach role combines individual contribution with leadership, developing the team while owning your own pipeline targets and collaborating with the Senior Manager for forecasting.
You’ll shape team processes, drive coaching for newer ADRs, and push for smarter tooling and workflow improvements. This role reports to the Senior Manager for NEMEA and requires a bias for data-driven leadership.
