Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager for a major offshore wind project in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• developing and implementing the procurement strategy
• conducting market analysis
• leading sourcing processes
• drafting and managing complex contracts
• ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, technical, and HSE requirements
• developing negotiation strategies
• managing supplier relationships and performance
• supporting localization and supply-chain development initiatives
• identifying and mitigating risks
• tracking budget and forecasts with project controls
• collaborating across engineering, project management, legal, finance, and HSE teams

Requirements

• a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of procurement or commercial experience in offshore wind, offshore energy, or large infrastructure projects
• experience managing high-value complex contracts
• strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• knowledge of offshore wind technologies and supply chain constraints
