Hull City Council is seeking a Senior Change Officer on a fixed-term full-time basis to cover maternity leave for 12-18 months. The role involves designing and developing change programmes in response to social housing sector drivers, managing risks, benefits and stakeholder engagement, and embedding change across Neighbourhoods & Housing.
