HigherIn offers a 13-month Service Management programme for undergraduates to join one of our customer account teams, helping to keep critical services running for global clients.

You will build relationships, respond to requests, and contribute to customer-facing documentation, while developing presentation and communication skills.

After the programme you may return to university and potentially rejoin HigherIn on graduate opportunities.
