Global Emergency Response & E-Commerce Risk Lead

TikTok is seeking a Global Emergency Response Operations Manager within the EMEA E-commerce Governance & Experience (GNE) team. You will build and operationalize processes to keep TikTok Shop safe, compliant and trustworthy across time zones.

You will lead cross‑functional investigations, triage high‑priority escalations, analyze incidents for trends, and develop scalable frameworks to prevent future risks while partnering with Legal, Policy, Operations and Product teams.
