Witness Service Team Leader — Court Support

Victim Support in Cambridge is seeking a committed Team Leader to coordinate the Witness Service across the Crown and Magistrates courts, ensuring a safe, high-quality, trauma-informed experience for witnesses.

This maternity cover role (32.5 hours a week) lines manages deputies and volunteers, oversees case allocations, data entry, and KPI reporting, and requires strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
