Work includes:

• Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune
• Networking Routers, Firewalls, WiFi and connected devices
• Management of 3rd party suppliers

Growth opportunities within the role include

• Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards)
• Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)
• Leadership of Junior

Skills and experience required:

• Strong skills with O365, Entra ID
• Mid level+ Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
• Experience with Active Directory (does not need to be current)
• Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
