Critical Facility HVAC Engineer | PPM & Fault-Finding

BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Building Services Engineer – HVAC Technician to manage and maintain critical M&E systems at RAF Lakenheath. The role covers PPM, reactive and breakdown works, fault finding on air conditioning, UPS, generators and LV systems, and coordination with subcontractors.

The engineer will ensure permits to work are followed, liaise with site management, and maintain accurate records using the CMMS. A proactive approach to safety and KPI adherence is required.
