Fractional Tax & Treasury Director — Cash Flow & M&A

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Tax & Treasury Director to lead cash flow forecasting, treasury operations and UK tax matters on a fractional basis. You will work with senior management to ensure liquidity, strengthen forecasting processes and support strategic acquisitions.

The role requires a qualified finance, tax or treasury professional with strong knowledge of IR35 and corporate tax.
