Deputy Residential Manager – Leading Care for Young People

Barnardo’s is recruiting a Deputy Manager for Elmslie House in Rothley, Leicestershire, part of a network delivering support to children and young people aged 6–18 with ASD and challenging behaviour.

The role involves leading shifts, coordinating care, and ensuring safeguarding and high standards. Experience in residential settings and supervisory roles is essential; a Level 3 qualification is required and a Level 5 leadership diploma is preferred or to be pursued.
