Youth Harm Reduction Outreach Officer (2-Year Contract)

Ealing Council is offering two Harm Reduction Youth Outreach Officer roles on a full-time, 2-year fixed-term basis. You will work within a Violence Reduction Unit funded project to engage with vulnerable young people across schools, communities and youth settings, building trusted relationships and safeguarding signposting.

The role requires face-to-face outreach, risk assessments and collaboration with Integrated Youth Service, Social Care and education providers to support and empower youth
