Job Description:
University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Hospice at Home Service, with base locations at Christchurch Hospital and Poole Hospital, to deliver compassionate end of life care in patients’ homes and support inpatient units when needed.
The role requires experience in palliative and end of life care, the ability to work independently, and active NMC Registration. An induction will be provided; nights and flexible patterns may be required.
