Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Engineer at a busy heavy industry plant near Stafford. The role focuses on PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding across mechanical and electrical plant.
You’ll work four days on / three days off on 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime and long-term progression. Relevant NVQ/HNC/HND qualifications and hands-on maintenance experience are preferred.
