National Security Employment Lawyer (Public Sector)

MI5 in Central London is seeking an Employment Lawyer to advise on staff policies, contracts, HR strategy and litigation, including ethics, communications and security matters.

You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with around 2 years PQE, England & Wales licensed. In-house or public-sector experience is preferred. The role focuses on sound legal advice with no client time recording, supporting our national security mission.
