Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate-level Real Estate Solicitor (or above) to join an interim team next week. The role covers commercial property acquisitions and disposals, property development, and secured lending, handling matters from instruction to completion.
The assignment lasts six months with a hybrid pattern: 2 days onsite and up to 4 days remote, or full-time. You should be able to pick up matters quickly and work independently.
