The Financial Times is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead the full lifecycle across Product, Technology and Commercial, owning 15–18 live requisitions and partnering with stakeholders globally to drive searches through to offers.
While primarily supporting UK hiring, you will recruit across the US and APAC as needed, delivering a hands‑on, in‑house recruitment service without agency involvement.
