Talent Acquisition & Training Coordinator — Recruiting & Training

Stagecoach is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operational Training Coordinator to join the People team in Greater Manchester. You will support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate CPC and operational training, and help build talent pipelines across Operating Companies.

Responsibilities include using Workday Recruiting and Paradox AI to manage vacancies, sourcing candidates for priority roles, and collaborating with trainers and managers to ensure smooth delivery of learning.
