Ice Rink Shift Leader — Elevate Customer Experience

Freedom Leisure is seeking an Ice Rink Shift Leader to support the Ice Duty Manager and ensure facilities meet quality and safety standards. You will be customer-focused and lead the Ice Rink team to deliver excellent service.

With 33.25 hours per week on a rota basis, you will supervise colleagues, train staff, and work closely with managers to maintain top standards across shifts. Training and development are provided.
