We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across Broxbourne Council and Broxbourne Environmental Services Trading (BEST).
Working closely with senior managers and service leaders, you will play a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, recruitment, policy development, wellbeing initiatives and HR projects. You’ll advise on a wide range of complex employee relations matters, support transformation activities, deliver training, analyse workforce metrics and help shape our people strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both corporate and frontline services, including hands-on support within a busy operational depot environment. The role offers a blend of strategic partnering and practical HR delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a real difference.
