Field-Based Commercial Driver Training Leader

The AA is seeking a Commercial Training Manager to blend hands-on driver training with operational leadership in a field-based, UK-wide role. You will support trainer quality, delivery resilience and customer outcomes while recruiting, coaching and developing a dispersed trainer network.

Collaborating with Account Managers, Product, bookings and planning teams, you will drive CPD, deploy new training products and ensure professional standards across the AA group.
