Growth & Operations Lead — Flexible, London Wed

The National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) is seeking a Head of Business Development and Operations to shape strategy, grow revenue and run day-to-day operations. You will lead a small team, coordinate commercial processes and ensure outstanding member and client experiences.

You will work closely with the Joint CEOs, Clinical Chair and senior faculty, balancing growth with governance, budgeting and delivery. Flexible working with a London presence is expected.
