Construction Contract Manager — Lead Contracts & Closeouts

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead and oversee contract management for construction projects. You will negotiate contracts, manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, monitor compliance, and address claims to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has CCM/CPCM certification is a plus, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills across multiple projects.
