Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform, supporting requirements, backlog, testing, releaseand adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops,interviewsand discovery sessions to understand business processes,challengesand opportunities.
- Create business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, processflowsand use cases.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions andmaintaintraceability through delivery.
- Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QAteamsand Product Owners.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlogrefinementand sprint delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-offand deployment validation.
- Identifyprocess improvements and support change,trainingand user adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- Considerable overall IT experience, including Agile Salesforce deliveryprogrammes.
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding ofobjects, fields, validation rules, workflows,flowsand Salesforce security.
