Job Description:
NFU Mutual is seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive delivery of change across its transformation portfolio. You’ll own workstreams, collaborate with Change/Project Managers and stakeholders, and focus on adoption, readiness and benefits realisation.
The role is hybrid with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford Upon Avon, on a 12-month FTC, enabling delivery of strategic initiatives within Enterprise Change Management.
