Peak Transport Operations Lead (4/4 Off)

Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking an experienced Transport Manager for a peak-period leadership role at a busy Parcel Sort Centre in Northampton. You will own the shift’s transport and despatch operations, lead Transport Planners and site teams, and ensure the work plan is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

The role requires confident decision-making, handling competing priorities and rapid issue resolution.
