Maintenance Manager – Lead Reliability & Safety in Food

Vibrant Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Birmingham to lead the site maintenance team and ensure equipment, utilities, and facilities operate safely and reliably. The role combines planned maintenance, responsive support and continuous improvement to maximise uptime and protect product quality.

The Head of Engineering reports to this role, and applicants should have Level 3 or equivalent in engineering, strong leadership, and CMMS proficiency.
