Commercial Lead for Major Infrastructure Project (NEC4)

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager for a major infrastructure programme in Scotland. You will lead the commercial function across design, contracts and delivery teams, ensuring robust pricing, reporting and subcontract management.

The role is based in Motherwell with a hybrid mix of office, home and site work, including some travel to site. You will manage client interfaces and mentor the project commercial team.
