Immersive F&B Manager: London Bar & Kitchen Lead

Wake The Tiger in London is seeking an ambitious Food & Beverage Manager to lead Absurd City’s Bar & Kitchen. You will oversee the bar and kitchen operations, ensure outstanding hospitality, and drive the venue toward being a top cocktail and dining destination.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage a new bar team, collaborate with the kitchen partner, schedule staff, control costs, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
