Head of Permanence & Children’s Social Care

Tempest Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Head of Service to lead Dorset’s Permanence Service, overseeing strategic direction, service delivery and safeguarding principles for children and young people.

You will provide leadership across statutory children’s social care services, drive high-quality practice, support staff development, and directly manage the Service Manager while overseeing three Permanence Teams and ensuring smooth referral pathways and case progression.
