Head of Health & Safety – Strategic Lead (Home-based)

This is Alexander Faraday Limited is recruiting a Head of Health & Safety on a 12-month FTC, with strong potential to go permanent. The role is home-based with occasional travel to head offices and a 35-hour week.

You will lead H&S strategy, policy, and culture across the housing organisation and report to the SLT/Board. Key responsibilities include leading H&S compliance, investigating incidents under RIDDOR, and providing assurance reports while advising on regulatory changes.
