DC Operations Manager: Performance & Growth

Howden seeks a DC Operations Lead to drive data-backed performance, dashboards and governance for a c.50-person DC team. You will partner with Market Leads, Finance, HR and Compliance to optimise delivery, capacity and client outcomes.

You will own operational reporting, lead recruitment, succession planning, and capability development while steering change initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance across FCA standards and internal controls.
