Company: Algoryq
Location: London
Job Description:
Set the design bar for enterprise products that people are forced to use eight hours a day — and make them wish it were nine. You will own design systems, ship alongside engineers weekly, and defend craft against deadline gravity.
What we’re looking for
- 01
A portfolio of shipped enterprise or infrastructure products, not concepts
- 02
Systems thinking: tokens, components, and accessibility as design materials
- 03
Comfort designing in code-adjacent tools and pairing directly with engineers
What you get
Top-of-market compensation, reviewed annually against the market — not against last year
Work from any Algoryq city; relocation supported
A hardware and learning budget you don’t have to ask permission to spend
Six weeks minimum leave, and leadership that visibly takes it
