Overview
A distinguished Law 500 ranked firm with a 200-year history and over 100 professionals is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join its Band 1 Chambers and Tier 1 Commercial Property team. The role involves working with a broad UK client base including developers, investors, corporates, and public bodies.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial Real Estate.
- Demonstrated client-centred focus and commercial, pragmatic attitude.
- Ability to interface and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Landlord and tenant work.
- Property development transactions.
- Sales and purchases of owner-occupied and investment property.
- Secured lending matters.
- Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
