Germany Ecommerce Growth Lead

THG is seeking a commercially minded Country Executive for Germany, based in our Altrincham hub. You will shape and deliver the ecommerce trading strategy for Germany, collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaigns to optimise trading performance and growth across THG’s brands.

You will analyse customer behaviour and key ecommerce metrics, manage trading calendars, and support product launches and campaigns to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.
