McLaren Racing is seeking a software engineer to join the dual-series software team supporting Hypercar and IndyCar. You will develop and support bespoke tools to analyse data, boost performance and deliver results on track.
Typical responsibilities include full software lifecycle, collaboration with engineers across disciplines, and occasional trackside support with international travel. A strong background in OOP and C# or Python is expected, with Kubernetes familiarity preferred.
