Job Summary
The Track Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational support of railway track infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards for AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Track Delivery Teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with Track Delivery Managers to ensure daily production can be delivered in a safe and efficient manner
- Manage the daily operations of the depot and site compounds
- Conduct regular inspections of track infrastructure to identify defects, potential hazards, and areas requiring repair.
- Ensure all track work is performed in accordance with relevant safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards.
- Procure and manage inventory of track materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports on track conditions, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and engineering, to optimize track performance and minimize service disruptions.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all track-related activities.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in railway track maintenance, construction, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of railway track components, construction methods, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
- PTS certified
