SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst | Employee Central
An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in the North-West.
You will provide HR Systems Development and Support expertise for the business, with a focus across core SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession and Development.
As the SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will be pivotal to the business, acting as primary point of contact for HR/SF issues, whilst designing and configuring solutions within the SAP suite of products, working closely with key stakeholders, understanding requirements and driving continuous system improvements.
North-West based England – Commutable from Manchester, Chester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Chorley, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Warrington, Birkenhead

Do you have?
- Strong functional experience within SAP SuccessFactors? Minimum of 3 years configuring SuccessFactors is ideal.
- Hands-on expertise configuring SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central?
- Wider knowledge of one or more of: Recruiting, Compensation, Succession and Development, LMS and/or PMGM? Advantageous
- Experience in both projects and support? Preferred
