Peninsula Base Lead Nurse – Critical Care Leadership

The Bristol NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced critical care leader for the Peninsula Base Lead Nurse role. This 12-month fixed-term Band 8a post will drive development and delivery of Retrieve across the South West in partnership with the Severn Base Lead Nurse.

Two bases are involved: Peninsula (Launceston, Cornwall) and Severn (Bristol). The role leads clinical governance, education, budgets and 24/7 transfer operations to ensure equitable access to high‑quality critical care care.
