Transport Operations Leader – Growth, Compliance & People

Greggs seeks an experienced Transport Operations Manager for the new KNDC in Kettering to lead a multi-site transport operation. You will drive strategy, oversee planning, and manage a team of managers, supervisors and drivers to deliver safe, compliant and high-performing transport services.

You will champion continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety and food-safety standards are met while aligning with Greggs’ growth and community commitments.
