Office-based in Tenbury Wells / occasional travel to County Durham

A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing manufacturing business as Finance Manager, taking ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting and management accounts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and drive performance.
• Oversee inventory, costing and working capital management.
• Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis and commercial insights.
• Support capital investment decisions and business case development.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Background in manufacturing, recycling or a similar operational environment.
• Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of product costing, inventory and operational finance.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
