Lambeth Borough seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) and strengthen statutory child protection practice across Lambeth’s Children’s Services. The role focuses on safeguarding oversight, high-quality analysis, and defensible decision-making within a borough-wide context.
You will supervise staff, promote trauma-informed practice, and work closely with families and partner agencies to ensure safe outcomes for children and young people.
