Fund Accountant

Finatal are partnered with a fantastic, entrepreneurial growth credit fund who are looking to build out their finance team. This a high-growth platform, who have gone from strength to strength since inception. They are now looking to add an experienced Fund Accountant to their finance and operations team. You’ll work closely with the FD as well as senior stakeholders across the wider business, supporting the ongoing growth of this exciting platform.

The role

• Fund reporting: valuations, quarterly accounts, monthly fund closes, audit coordination.
• Treasury and FX: drawdowns, distributions, hedging strategy support.
• Fund administration and compliance: board meeting support, credit facility compliance, regulatory reporting coordination.
• Investor relations: responding to fundraising queries, supporting with investor communication, supporting with reporting.
• Involvement across other strategy/ad-hoc projects.

The requirements

• Prior experience in credit fund finance environment, with experience across treasury reporting and FX.
• Experience setting up credit/loan facilities preferred, but not essential.
• Well-developed Excel skills and a strong technical skillset.
• Strong academic track-record, and exceptional communication skills.
