Remote Part-Time Commercial Property Lawyer – Leases & Land

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a North West Local Authority on a part-time, remote basis. The role is 2 days per week with a competitive hourly rate.

The successful candidate will handle drafting and negotiating leases, preparing licences, sales and acquisitions of land, and landlord and tenant matters. Initial contract is 3 months with a strong possibility of extension.
