Full job description & working hours
Four days per week (36 hours) over seven days: Permanent position
Location :
Bear Café, Dalverton Garden Centre, Sandown
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join our existing team:
You will be responsible for the following
Staff rotas: making sure that these are completed in an efficient timeframe that adheres to the smooth running of the Café.
To be able to manage an existing team and provide any necessary training.
Stock ordering & control: being cost & quality effective.
Be able to analyse sales and make any essential changes.
You must be passionate & have the ability to cook to a high standard with relevant qualifications & experience.
To be responsible for the preparation, production, quality & training of staff, producing food at all times using fresh ingredients
Have knowledge of food allergies.
Daily bookwork: ensure due diligence including any necessary risk assessments cleaning schedules & temperature records are kept up to date as per required standard.
Be highly reliable.
A good team player.
