A bit about thejob:
You’ll join our Claims team withinthe legal services department and help customers move their RoadTraffic Accident claims forward with confidence. You’ll manage avaried caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims, workingclosely with customers, legal representatives and colleagues toachieve fair outcomes. Your expertise will help us deliverexcellent customer experiences while maintaining high technicalstandards. You’ll make important decisions, provide clear guidanceand keep claims progressing efficiently. You’ll also help usimprove the way we work so we can continue being there for ourcustomers when they need usmost.
Skills and experiencewe’re looking for:
- Experience handling RTA PI claims end-to-end within aninsurance or legal environment.
- Knowledge ofthe Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ process for personal injuryclaims.
- Strong communication skills and theability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to managecompeting priorities.
- A customer-focusedapproach with experience working towards service or performancetargets.

- Salary circa £32,000 (depending onlocation, skills, experience, and qualifications)
