Europcar Mobility Group in Leicester is seeking a Customer Care Agent to handle inbound and outbound enquiries across the rental journey, using multiple applications to support reservations and live rentals. You will provide post-rental support, adhere to SLAs, and work with internal and external customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Working hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00, Sat 08:00-13:00).
