RGN Deputy Manager — Care Home Leader

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Deputy Manager – RGN Qualified for Purley Gardens Care Home in Surrey. You will support the General Manager to run a compliant, person-centred home with safe, high-quality care and strong commercial performance.

Building a motivated team, you will lead care delivery and uphold high standards of clinical governance. Candidates will have an active NMC PIN, at least two years in a management role in a similar setting, and be adept at communication and IT systems.
