Compassionate Support Worker – Meaningful Daily Impact

Community Integrated Care is hiring a Support Worker to help vulnerable individuals with daily living tasks and personal care in a community setting. You will work closely with a small number of people to build meaningful connections and support their wellbeing.

We offer guaranteed shifts and a permanent contract for 21 hours per week, with training and progression opportunities. A DBS check is provided and there is no uniform requirement.
